I found myself agreeing with Pep Guardiola last night. His team should have been more clinical. They toyed with the opposition for 90 minutes and should and could have scored at least five or six. Instead, I feel, their confidence went a bit over the top. Passes were made when direct shots on goal were the right option. They looked like they wanted to score the perfect goal every time. Our damage was limited however by a last minute goal in Switzerland winning the bet for us.
The point value rises to six and I’m splitting the points between two picks. I am going with the same teams who served us well last week, with a slight tweak. With both ties finely balanced, I see no reason why these games shouldn’t be the same as last time out.
